• Full payment is required before printing begins.

6. Pickup and Delivery

• In-Person Purchase or Pickup: Products can be purchased or picked up in person in, Colleyville, Texas, 76034. Please arrange a time with us in advance.

• Local Delivery: We may offer local delivery within a 3-mile radius of Colleyville, Texas. Delivery times and availability will be confirmed after Order acceptance.

• We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, scheduling conflicts).

• Risk of loss transfers to You upon receipt of the Product.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Non-Custom Products: Returns accepted within 14 days if unused and in original condition. You must return the item in person or arrange delivery back to us.

• Custom Products: No returns/refunds unless defective (e.g., printing error on our part).

• Report issues within 7 days of receipt with photos.

• Refunds processed via original payment method (cash or Venmo).

8. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: By uploading 3D Files or designs, you grant Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them solely for creating your Order. You warrant that you own or have rights to the Content and it doesn't infringe third-party IP (e.g., copyrights, trademarks).
